CAPITAL Project Trust is service user led. It belongs to its members who determine the aims, objectives and ambitions of the organisation.

CAPITAL Project Trust believes that people who access mental health services have a right to expect that sensitive and effective services will enable them to achieve meaningful and fulfilling lives.

CAPITAL Project Trust believes that by promoting participation, personal growth and self-responsibility within a safe and accepting environment, that we will enable people to participate in the wider community as valued citizens and improve the quality of their lives.

CAPITAL Project Trust recognises the key role played by staff and volunteers in the achievement of its mission. It is committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment, treating everyone with respect and within an equal opportunities framework.

CAPITAL Project Trust expects outside agencies to refer to its Charter for Service User Involvement when engaging with the organisation and other service users.

CAPITAL Project Trust believes in the importance of working in partnership with other organisations. We are committed to working with others where it will add value to what we do.
